Job description
  • Accountabilities :
  • Work in coordination with the HR Manager to plan strategies and implement various HR changes.
  • Oversee the recruitment process , including :
  • Screening of CVs.
  • Scheduling interviews.
  • Managing staff requests.
  • Coordinating induction processes (employee life cycle implementation).
  • Manage HR activities such as NATS & NAPS (GET & Apprentice Management).
  • Maintain payroll software and data related to all HR activities.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and statutory policies by maintaining records with various government agencies (PT, PF, ESIC, NPS, Gratuity, etc.).
  • Foster a positive work environment by creating employee engagement initiatives that reinforce desired culture and behaviors.
  • Transportation and vehicle management .
  • Review and process HR-related invoices .
  • Coordinate with Front Desk Executive for visitor management and canteen facility management .
  • Oversee security , labour contracts , and housekeeping services.
  • Manage employee mediclaim , life insurance details, and updates.
  • Requirements :
  • Proven experience as an HR Executive .
  • People-oriented and results-driven with a positive approach.
  • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics .
  • Excellent active listening , negotiation , and presentation skills .

  • Travel :
  • Occasional travel requirements on an ad-hoc basis .

  • Must be willing to contribute experience and skills to colleagues and employees at other sites and regions.
  • Availability for after-hours work , meetings, functions, and appointments.
  • Qualifications :
  • Essential :
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Effective communication in English , Hindi , and Gujarati .
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, particularly with manufacturing industries .
  • In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices .
  • Preferred :
  • Experience working with multinational manufacturing environments .
  • Familiarity with HR systems and databases .
  • Key Skills :
  • Human Resources management.
  • Labour Contract management.
  • Coordination and communication across teams and departments.
