Position Details

Position : HR Executive (Fresher)
Location : Gandhinagar (On-site)
Work Days : 5 Days Working

Key Responsibilities

Assist in end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.

Maintain and update HR records while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Support performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.

Handle employee queries and provide HR-related assistance.

Contribute to training, development programs, and other HR activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Basic understanding of HR policies, processes, and labor laws.

Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (knowledge of HR software will be an added advantage).
