Team Leader ( Day Shift )

Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our team for the day shift. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and leading a team of employees to achieve operational goals and targets. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve success.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of Sales employees to ensure that operational goals and targets are met
• Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching as required
• Ensure that all team members are aware of their roles and responsibilities
• Maintain a positive and productive work environment
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination
• Identify and address issues or concerns that may impact team performance
• Conduct regular team meetings to ensure that all team members are informed and updated on relevant information
• Provide regular reports to senior management on team performance and progress
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
