Position : Team Leader – Sales / Counseling
Department : EdTech (Admissions / Sales)
Location : Rohini West
Experience Required : 5–10 Years (with at least 3–8 years in a leadership role)
Role Overview :
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to manage and guide our sales / counseling team in the EdTech sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving admissions, achieving sales targets, mentoring team members, and ensuring excellent student / learner engagement. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and result-oriented skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Admission Counselors / Sales Executives.
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the team.
- Monitor team performance, identify training needs, and conduct regular coaching sessions.
- Plan and implement effective sales strategies to maximize conversions.
- Track and report team KPIs, including leads, calls, follow-ups, and closures.
- Ensure a smooth counseling process and high student / parent satisfaction.
- Collaborate with management to improve processes, campaigns, and conversion strategies.
- Handle escalations and resolve queries effectively.
- Recruit, train, and onboard new team members when required.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business, Education, or related field.5–10 years of experience in sales / counseling (preferably EdTech) , with at least 3 year in a leadership role.Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales / admissions targets.Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.Strong leadership and team management abilities.Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a target-driven environment.Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.Key Skills :
