Mission of the Role
HyperVerge is on a mission to 2× our revenue in the next 5 years, and the US market is the most critical geography in making that happen.
As an early BDR, you won't just be dialing numbers, you'll be leading the 0→1 outbound motion, building pipelines from scratch, learning the nuances of the market, and shaping how HyperStart shows up in front of legal buyers.
What's in it for the right candidate
- Work directly with the Co-founders and the Business Leader during the 0-to-1 phase
- Build and scale the US GTM function for HyperVerge in the 1-to-N phase
- Build and scale outbound playbooks from scratch in a high-ownership role
Outcomes Expected
Build Target Lists : Use market research and account insights to create prospect lists aligned with HyperVerge's Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs)Run Cold Outreach : Execute multi-channel outreach (email, calls, social, etc.) to engage prospects and generate interest using outreach toolsQualify Leads : Assess & qualify prospects based on ICP fit and business needs related to identity verificationDrive Demos : Partner with Account Executives to schedule demos for qualified leads and ensure a smooth handoff (PQO to SQO)Use Automation Tools : Leverage sales automation platforms to manage outreach campaigns, boost efficiency, and scale prospecting effortsHit Targets : Consistently meet or exceed monthly quotas for qualified leads and booked demos, contributing to pipeline and revenue growthManage CRM : Keep CRM data clean and updated; track and report key performance metricsRefine Strategies : Test and improve prospecting and qualification strategies through regular experimentation and analysisUpskill Continuously : Stay current with industry trends, adopt best practices, and contribute to improving the sales development process.Competencies / Requirements of the Role
1.5 - 2 years of Business Development experience in US Outbound in B2B SaaSHustler mindset with the ability to effectively execute the 0-to-1 journeyBonus : Understanding of or interest in legal tech and CLM toolsExcellent written and verbal communication via phone, email and in-person meetingsCandidate based in Bangalore / willing to relocate to BangaloreSkills Required
