Job Summary :
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our UK International Sales team. The role involves cold calling potential customers, generating qualified leads, pitching products / services, and closing deals. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and prior telesales / inside sales experience.
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective customers in the UK market.
Present and promote company products / services to decision-makers.
Generate qualified leads through effective questioning and relationship-building.
Maintain and update the CRM / database with accurate prospect information.
Follow up on leads promptly to maximize conversion opportunities.
Handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close sales over the phone.
Meet and exceed weekly / monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Provide feedback to management on customer needs, issues, and market trends.
Ensure compliance with company policies and international telesales standards.
Requirements :
Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or international voice process (UK preferred).
Excellent English communication and listening skills.
Ability to engage, influence, and persuade customers over the phone.
Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Comfortable working in UK shift timings (1 : 30 PM – 10 : 30 PM IST).
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is an advantage.
