Sales – Telecalling (Energy Storage Solutions)
We are hiring for the Sales Telecalling Team , focused on driving sales and expanding market reach for energy storage and power backup products across key segments such as solar rooftop systems, UPS / inverters, lead-acid batteries, and DG sets (15 KVA to 50 KVA) .
Product Focus
Innovative energy solutions that combine inverters, batteries, solar hybrid systems, IoT / AI integration, and aesthetic design with a 12-year life cycle .
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with existing leads and identify potential B2C and B2B customers.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure successful deal closures.
- Provide product demos and technical insights to customers.
- Appoint dealers / distributors and support network expansion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales strategies and meet revenue goals.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activity.
- Deliver regular sales reports and performance forecasts.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (required).1–2 years of experience in sales; experience in energy storage, solar, or power backup products is a plus.Proven skills in B2B and B2C sales, lead management, and revenue growth.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and build lasting customer relationships.Show more
