Job Summary :
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our UK International Sales team. The role involves cold calling potential customers, generating qualified leads, pitching products / services, and closing deals. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and prior telesales / inside sales experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective customers in the UK market.
- Present and promote company products / services to decision-makers.
- Generate qualified leads through effective questioning and relationship-building.
- Maintain and update the CRM / database with accurate prospect information.
- Follow up on leads promptly to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close sales over the phone.
- Meet and exceed weekly / monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs, issues, and market trends.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and international telesales standards.
Requirements :
Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or international voice process (UK preferred).Excellent English communication and listening skills.Ability to engage, influence, and persuade customers over the phone.Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities.Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Comfortable working in UK shift timings (1 : 30 PM – 10 : 30 PM IST).Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is an advantage.What We Offer :
