Job Description : About the Role :
Were seeking an experienced Hunter to own end-to-end new business - from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closure. You will lead & mentor SDRs, manage outbound / inbound funnels, and personally close high-value enterprise deals. The mandate is to penetrate supply chain, logistics, retail, and 3PL segments, build a consistent pipeline, and deliver revenue growth across India and select ROW markets.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead Generation & Prospecting :
- Build a strong top-of-funnel via outbound prospecting, networking, partners, and events.
- Guide SDRs to research, qualify, and generate SQLs using LinkedIn, email, and calling.
- Ensure targeting aligns to ICP (3PLs, OEMs, retailers, supply chain operators).
Sales Execution :
Own the full sales cycle : discovery demo proposal negotiation closure.Deliver tailored product pitches mapped to customer pain points and ROI.Navigate complex enterprise sales with multi-stakeholders and long cycles.SDR Team Leadership :
Coach SDRs on messaging, qualification, sequencing, and conversions.Pipeline & Forecast Management :
Maintain 3 to 4 coverage against quarterly targets.Track deals in Zoho CRM; ensure hygiene and stage accuracy.Provide realistic forecasts; flag risks early with action plans.Market Expansion & Intelligence :
Drive expansion across India and ROW (Europe, Middle East, Asia, Australia).Share competitive intel and customer feedback with product & Coordinate smooth hand-offs with Activators and Farmers for post-sale success.Partner with marketing on campaigns, case studies, and outbound MBA preferred (Sales / Marketing).5+ years in B2B sales (Enterprise / SaaS / Industrial Tech).Exposure to supply chain / logistics / warehousing / automation preferred.Proven track record closing high-value, multi-geo deals.Demonstrated experience leading SDR / inside sales teams.Proficient with Zoho CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outbound automation.Excellent communication; English & Hindi mandatory (additional languages a plus).Strong negotiation, relationship-building, consultative selling skills.Willingness to travel across regions as needed.(ref : iimjobs.com)
