Position Overview
The Sr. Sales Manager - Industrial Automation / Building Management Systems (BMS) will be responsible for providing technical support to the sales team and customers, delivering product presentations and demonstrations, and driving the adoption of control products in the Indian market. The role involves close coordination with internal teams and external customers to ensure product promotion, customer satisfaction, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to the sales team and customers regarding control products.
- Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations , and explain product features and benefits.
- Respond to and resolve technical queries from customers during sales and post-sales stages.
- Support product selection and application engineering for customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive product adoption across customer segments and markets.
- Handle technical troubleshooting for customers and coordinate with internal teams for solutions.
- Maintain continuous communication with management on product promotional activities and customer feedback.
- Work with various sales channels —OEMs, End Users, and Distributors—to promote and position products effectively against competitors.

Education : Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related fields).Experience : 6-12 years of experience in technical sales, product demonstrations, or application engineering within the industrial automation or instrumentation sector.Skills & Competencies
