Description : About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our business growth in Digital Technology and IIoT Solutions. The ideal candidate will manage a team of sales and proposal engineers, drive customer engagement, identify business opportunities, and ensure timely and successful proposal submissions. This role requires a deep understanding of wireless, IIoT, and industrial automation technologies, along with strong leadership and networking capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage a team of sales executives and internal proposal engineers to achieve business goals.
  • Identify and engage with key decision-makers, department heads, and stakeholders across industry segments.
  • Track and respond to opportunities, tenders, and RFQs, ensuring timely and high-quality proposal submissions.
  • Collaborate with internal software, NPD (New Product Development), and engineering teams to design optimal technical and commercial solutions.
  • Build, manage, and deliver on annual sales budgets and targets for self and the team.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive long-term business growth.
  • Foster team building, performance management, and motivation to ensure a high-performing sales Bachelors degree in Electronics & Communication (ECE), Instrumentation & Control (ICE), or Computer Science (CS).
  • 10-15 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in Digital Technology Solutions, IIoT, or Industrial Automation domains.
  • Proven ability to engage customers, understand their requirements, and convert opportunities into RFQs and closed deals.
  • Strong knowledge of wireless communication, IIoT architectures, PLC interfaces and protocols, and data exchange formats.
  • Established industry network and connections across manufacturing and process industries.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication abilities.
  • Willingness to travel as required for customer visits and business development activities.
