We are a leading Asset Management Company (AMC) regulated by SEBI, specializing in institutional and focused investment products, including Portfolio Management Services (PMS) and Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs). We are committed to operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and scalable processes to support our growing AIF and PMS book.

Job Purpose :

To lead and manage end-to-end operations for PMS and AIF business lines, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant execution across front, middle, and back office functions. The role will focus on operational efficiency, client reporting, reconciliation, regulatory compliance, and integration with technology platforms including Wealth Spectrum and 10 to 14 years of operations experience in Asset Management Companies (AMCs) or financial institutions with PMS and AIF operations focus.

• Must have hands-on experience in front-to-back operations for PMS and AIFs (not Wealth Management or Private Banking).
• Proven experience in managing Wealth Spectrum and Tats (or similar transaction accounting systems).
• Exposure to SEBI AIF Regulations, PMS Guidelines, and trust deed compliance.
