Job description

We are seeking a highly professional and articulate individual to join our Investor Relations team in a voice process role . The role involves direct interaction with investors, shareholders, and stakeholders to provide timely, accurate, and consistent communication regarding company performance, strategy, and market updates.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle inbound and outbound voice calls with investors and stakeholders.
  • Provide information about the company’s financial performance, market updates, and other relevant investor communication.
  • Support investor inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and discretion.
  • Assist in organizing investor calls, earnings calls, and quarterly updates.
  • Maintain records of investor communications in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with finance, corporate communications, and compliance teams for accurate dissemination of information.
  • Escalate critical investor queries to the Investor Relations Manager / Leadership team.
  • Ensure compliance with SEBI, stock exchange, and internal governance norms during communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field .

    • Freshers-1 Year of experience in voice process / customer interaction roles , preferably

    in BFSI, Investor Relations, or Financial Services.

  • Excellent verbal communication and articulation skills .
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, market terminology, and corporate performance metrics .
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) .
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with investors and stakeholders.

    • Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have) :

  • Prior experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research, or Financial Communication .
  • Knowledge of stock market regulations, SEBI compliance, and corporate governance .
  • Exposure to CRM tools and call management software.
