Job Description

The Head of Investor Relations will lead all external financial communications and investor engagement initiatives, acting as a key liaison between the company’s senior leadership and the domestic / international investor community. The role involves strategic messaging, capital markets positioning, and transparent disclosures to uphold investor confidence and long-term shareholder value.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive investor relations strategy aligned with the company’s strategic and financial goals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional investors, analysts, rating agencies, and other capital market participants.
• Manage earnings season deliverables, including investor presentations, press releases, call scripts, and regulatory disclosures.
• Organize investor meetings, AGMs, analyst briefings, roadshows, and capital markets days.
• Ensure timely and accurate compliance with SEBI, BSE / NSE, and other regulatory disclosure requirements.
• Monitor peer performance, market trends, and investor feedback to provide insights to the leadership team.
• Prepare board and promoter group for media and investor interactions.
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Compliance, Legal, and Communications teams to ensure unified messaging.
• Provide strategic support during fundraising, restructuring, or other corporate actions.

Requirements

Experience :

Education : CA / MBA (Finance)

Requirements

Experience : Minimum 10 years of total experience. At least 5–7 years in an Investor Relations or capital markets-focused role within a listed financial services firm or promoter-led enterprise. Experience dealing with equity and debt investors, regulators, and rating agencies. Education : CA / MBA (Finance) Key Skills : Strong grasp of financial reporting, capital markets, and investor behavior. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. High levels of discretion, maturity, and reliability—particularly important in promoter-driven environments. Prior experience working with conglomerates or family-owned listed companies is a plus.
