Role Overview
As the Head of Hospitality Asset Management, you will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of asset management activities across our hospitality portfolio. This includes optimizing performance, executing strategic investments, and leading financial management efforts. You will work closely with the executive team and external partners to maximize the value of our assets, drive profitability, and shape the future direction of the companys hospitality investments.
Key Leadership :
- Lead the asset management strategy for a diverse portfolio of hospitality assets, ensuring alignment with corporate goals. Guide the team to maximize revenue and operational efficiency across all assets.
Financial Management :
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management. Ensure robust financial controls and processes are in place for asset performance tracking, investment analysis, and reporting.Investment and M&A :
Lead and manage M&A activity, joint ventures (JVs), and new investments. Oversee the identification, analysis, and execution of hospitality acquisition opportunities. Play a key role in negotiating deals and structuring partnerships.Operational Excellence :
Ensure a deep understanding of hospitality operations, investment models, contracts, and operator dynamics. Collaborate with operating partners to ensure asset performance and operational objectives are met.Stakeholder Management :
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including hotel operators, financial institutions, and investors. Provide regular updates and recommendations to the Board and senior leadership.Leadership & Team Management :
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of asset managers, analysts, and finance professionals. Foster a culture of collaboration, performance excellence, and accountability.Market Research & Analysis :
Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks. Lead the team in conducting thorough market research and due diligence for new Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to oversee asset performance, evaluate new opportunities, and build relationships with operating partners.Qualifications & Skills
Educational Background :
CA (Chartered Accountant) or MBA (Finance) from a reputed Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role, such as CFO or Head of Asset Management, within a renowned hotel brand or property ownership company (e.g., CG Corp Global or similar organizations). Proven track record in asset management, M&A, JV structuring, and deal negotiations.Industry Knowledge :
Deep understanding of hospitality operations, investment models, contracts, and operator dynamics. Familiarity with the unique challenges and opportunities in the hospitality sector.Leadership Skills :
