Job Requirements :

Position : General Manager - Sales & Marketing

Industry : Oil & Gas

Work Experience : Minimum 10 years of experience in retail sales

Location : Mumbai

CTC : As per Industry Standards

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and achieve aggressive sales targets.

Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional sales and marketing teams. Act as a key liaison between executive leadership and on-ground teams to ensure strategic alignment and execution.

Market Growth : Identify new business opportunities, key market segments, and innovative sales strategies to expand market share.

Sales Performance : Monitor and analyze sales data to forecast trends, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions to boost revenue.

Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, distributors, and clients to ensure a robust and effective sales network.

Brand & Product Management : Oversee marketing initiatives to strengthen the PENSOL brand, launch new products, and create compelling marketing campaigns.

Budgeting : Develop and manage departmental budgets with a focus on ROI, resource optimization, and operational efficiency.

Skills Required :

Proven leadership capabilities with experience leading high-performing teams.

Demonstrated track record of driving sales growth and meeting strategic business objectives.

Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.

Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex strategies clearly.

High Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other business intelligence tools for data visualization and analysis.

Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
