About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Manager with a proven background in consultative B2B selling to drive client acquisition and growth across our suite of marketing solutions . This is not a transactional sales role — success in this position comes from the ability to understand client challenges, engage senior decision-makers, and co-create customized solutions .
Our offerings include :
- Customized Marketing Data Preparation (segmentation, list building, enrichment).

Key Responsibilities
Drive new client acquisition by targeting B2B companies in India and the USA.Lead consultative discovery sessions with C-level executives, Marketing Heads, and Sales Leaders.Diagnose client pain points and design marketing solutions that align with business growth goals.Manage the full sales cycle : prospecting, solution design, pitching, negotiation, and closure.Build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients by acting as a strategic advisor .Partner with delivery and marketing teams to ensure smooth handoff and successful campaign execution.Consistently meet and exceed revenue and pipeline generation targets.What We're Looking For
5–10 years of B2B sales experience , preferably in marketing services, SaaS, or demand generation.Strong background in consultative or solution selling (not transactional).Experience engaging senior-level stakeholders (Founders, CMOs, Sales / Marketing Directors).Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder decision-making.Strong business acumen with the ability to translate client goals into actionable marketing solutions .Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Show more
