Job Description :
- Channel Partner Relationship Management : Manage and nurture day-to-day relationships with assigned channel partners, acting as the primary liaison between Club Oxygen and the partners.
- Build and Maintain Relationships : Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with key personnel in partner organizations to drive collaboration and success.
- Coordination of Resources : Coordinate with internal Club Oxygen personnel (support, service, management) to ensure partner performance objectives and expectations are met.
- Sales through Partners : Collaborate with partner organizations to sell to end users, leveraging the partner sales team to drive sales volume and achieve strategic goals.
- Achieve Sales Targets : Meet or exceed assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives with assigned partners, ensuring growth in partner-driven sales.
- Conflict Management : Manage and resolve direct / channel conflict by ensuring effective communication between channel and direct teams.
- Ensure Compliance : Ensure that channel partners comply with Club Oxygen's partner programs, agreements, and guidelines.
- Partner Planning : Participate in the partner planning process to set performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones, aligning both Club Oxygen and partner goals.
- Product Development and Launch : Identify new opportunities for product launches in partner markets, working with partner sales resources and marketing teams to achieve incremental joint revenue.
