Job Description :
Bring new Channel Partners on board and maintain relationships with existing Channel Partners.
Understand customer and business needs to cross-sell and up-sell the Projects.
Coordinate with other company personnel such as the support team and management team to deliver and meet customer / Channel Partner expectations.
Act as a bridge for communication between the customers / Channel Partners and Closing team
Access, clarify and validate Channel Partner needs and performances at regular intervals and maintain a high Channel Partner satisfaction rate
Coordinate with other sales channels to avoid any potential
Conduct regular product training for the Channel Partner and their team
Make sure the Leads generated are serviced within the TAT- Same day
Coordinate for the Channel Partner payout's post booking
Take care of Source conflict cases if any and resolve the same within specific TAT Monthly Market & Competitor Analysis, studying the trends & new developments in the market
Experience : 2 – 8 years
Qualification : Graduate
