Role & responsibilities
1 . Manage & Supervise the complete Tele engine for Lead Generation.
2. Able to set the right target for the team in terms of Lead Generation and Lead acceptance.
3. Able to identify the competitive team members and hire the same in given duration.
4. Able to drive the targets define on Daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
5. Call listening and Team coaching
6. Drive Triangulation calls wherever required
7. Partner engagement & Management
8. Weekly cadence with Internal and External stake holders
9. Able to Manage Pipeline and drive ROI
10. Coordination with different teams like Training, HR, Tech etc.
11. Responsible for P&L for the program.
12. Training and enhancement for inside sales agents
