Role Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive with 1–2 years of experience in international markets (preferably UK / USA). The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in lead generation, client communication, and online bidding platforms , with a strong ability to build lasting client relationships and consistently achieve business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities :

Generate and qualify international business leads (UK / USA focus).

Manage client acquisition through online bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.).

Build strong client relationships through professional communication and follow-ups.

Collaborate with the technical team to understand project requirements and ensure smooth delivery.

Utilize CRM tools and lead management systems to track and nurture leads.

Consistently achieve and exceed business development targets.

Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills :

1–2 years of proven experience in international business development and lead generation .

Hands-on experience with online bidding platforms .

Strong written and verbal communication skills with client-facing experience.

Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems .

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.

Strong ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
