Role Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive with 1–2 years of experience in international markets (preferably UK / USA). The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in lead generation, client communication, and online bidding platforms , with a strong ability to build lasting client relationships and consistently achieve business growth targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Generate and qualify international business leads (UK / USA focus).
- Manage client acquisition through online bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.).
- Build strong client relationships through professional communication and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the technical team to understand project requirements and ensure smooth delivery.
- Utilize CRM tools and lead management systems to track and nurture leads.
- Consistently achieve and exceed business development targets.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills :
1–2 years of proven experience in international business development and lead generation .Hands-on experience with online bidding platforms .Strong written and verbal communication skills with client-facing experience.Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems .Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.Strong ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.Compensation & Benefits :
