Role OverviewWe are seeking a Lead Generation & Digital Marketing Executive who will be responsible for driving business growth by generating qualified leads, reaching out to prospects, and converting them into long-term clients. This role blends sales, client acquisition, and digital marketing execution.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify & pursue new business opportunities (national & international).Generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, SEO, ads, and cold calling.Daily outreach : 15–20 calls / emails to prospective clients / vendors.Conduct client visits, tele-calling, lead generation & follow-ups.Negotiate & close deals, manage invoices & proposals.Plan, execute & optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, and SEO activities (on-page, off-page, technical).Prepare proposals, presentations, and strategies in collaboration with the team.Build and nurture strong client / vendor relationships to drive growth.Collaborate with creative teams for pitches & campaigns.Track and report campaign performance, providing actionable insights.Prepare sales forecasts, reports & market analysis.RequirementsMin. 3 years of experience in an Advertising / Digital Marketing Agency.Stable career history (max 2 companies in the last 3 years).Proven ability to handle portfolios of ₹1 Cr+ annually.Comfortable with cold calling, client interaction, and negotiations.Strong knowledge of SEO, paid ads, and digital funnels.Proficiency in lead generation tools and CRM (preferred).Excellent communication, presentation & persuasion skills.Languages : English, Gujarati, Hindi (mandatory).Target-oriented with a growth mindset.Ahmedabad-based candidates preferred (Immediate / 15 Days joiners).What We OfferOpportunity to work on both sales & digital marketing projects.A collaborative and supportive team environment.Half-yearly incentives & client exposure.Creative & growth-focused culture.Exposure to diverse industries and impact-driven projects.Location : Gota, Ahmedabad
