Inviting applications for the role of Manager HRO
You will be responsible to be an effective influencer knowledgeable about the business and whose impact and value is clear to the client group and HR org alike. The ideal candidate will thrive in a multifaceted and changing environment and have fun while getting a lot of great work done.
Responsibilities
Manage and compile payroll inputs received from outside of Workday (or its replacement) - Payroll earnings and deductions as per country requirements.
Manage and administer time keeping data.
Time and attendance data collation and submission to payroll vendor.
Share pre-payroll inputs with country specific payroll vendors as per defined timelines.
Process adjustments and additional payments (including reversals corrections and severance payments stocks and equity).
Process yearend tax statements.
Perform payroll and time audits and reconciliation.
Follow quality requirements and act in compliance to local Laws and regulations.
Perform additional responsibilities from quality area leading improvements providing trainings.
Maintain process documentation.
Deep understanding of quality & compliance to North / South America local laws & regulations is necessary requirement.
Process bi-weekly / monthly payroll for US employees using insert payroll system e.g. ADP Workday.
Validate timesheets deductions bonuses and commissions.
Ensure compliance with US federal and state payroll laws and tax regulations.
Handle payroll-related queries from employees and HR teams.
Coordinate with Finance and HR for payroll funding GL reconciliation and reporting.
Prepare and submit payroll tax filings and year-end forms (W-2 W-4 1099).
Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation.
Support audits and internal controls related to payroll.
Stay updated on changes in US payroll legislation and best practices.
Manages monthly and quarterly tax reconciliations reconciles tax withholdings to tax remittances
Drives to achieve consistent payroll compliance with local state and federal tax jurisdictions
Partners with internal teams to ensure payroll is performing in compliance with tax regulations
Runs and analyses biweekly reports and resolved variances
Analyzes and works with vendor on W2s and Canada year-end forms and corrections
Manages quarter-end and year-end tax reviews and processes
Partners with the Payroll Specialist and Global Mobility to ensure accuracy for associates involved in relocation or global assignments quarterly and annual relocation analysis and processing
Manages and resolves inquiries in an efficient and timely manner consistent with operating principles
Serves as the go-to person for payroll compliance issues and escalations
Leads and participates in payroll process improvement projects
Maintains active partnership cross functionally to ensure alignment across teams
Investigates and resolves payroll tax inquiries

Minimum qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Excellent verbal written presentation and interpersonal skills in English
Relevant HRSS experience
Relevant experience in NA HRO e-Time and Payroll domain
