Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate / Process Developer, HRSS

This role is essential in supporting workforce relations by maintaining accurate and compliant documentation, preparing detailed case summaries, and assisting in internal investigations to address employee concerns. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in employee relations administration, document management, and collaborating across HR and business functions to ensure a fair and compliant workplace.

Responsibilities

• . Data Handling and Validation :
• . Collect, validate, and manage large datasets to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• . Manage changes to employee records across the employee lifecycle : hiring, onboarding, transfers, promotions, terminations, personal detail updates, long term leave & absence management, exit, layoff restructuring.
• . Manage and set up master data specific to organization and job design.
• . Manage L1 / L2 query depending on the scope of work.
