Experience : Minimum 6–8 years in Sales within MEP / Construction / Infrastructure industry (preferably with modular support systems or related products)
Salary : ₹15 LPA – ₹20 LPA
Qualification : B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil) or MBA (Sales / Marketing)
Reports to : National Sales Manager

Role Summary
As Sales Manager – North & East India , you will drive sales growth of modular support systems across the region by developing new opportunities, managing key accounts, and executing strategic sales plans tailored to MEPF industry needs (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, etc.).Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Identify and pursue new opportunities in modular supports across infrastructure, commercial, industrial, and residential projects.Achieve and exceed sales targets for the region.Promote product solutions to MEP consultants, contractors, EPCs, and project developers.Build strong pipelines and maintain CRM updates.Key Account Management
Build and maintain relationships with key clients, consultants, and contractors.Understand client needs and propose optimal solutions.Provide technical pre-sales support, site visits, and solution presentations.Market & Competitor Analysis
Track industry trends, competitor activities, pricing, and demand.Share insights for product positioning and pricing strategies.Collaboration
Coordinate with design, estimation, logistics, and customer service teams for smooth order fulfilment.Support marketing with region-specific campaigns and exhibitions.Project & Site Coordination
Assist in project planning, approvals, and execution coordination.Ensure product application accuracy at sites and customer satisfaction.Key Skills & Competencies
Proven experience in selling modular support systems, anchor fasteners, cable trays, or related MEP infrastructure products .Strong knowledge of MEPF systems & construction practices.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Strong industry network with consultants & contractors in North & East India.Technical ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.Travel Requirement
Frequent travel across major cities and project sites in North & East India .Education
