Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree Diploma in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or related field.
5-8 years of experience in industrial equipment or construction materials sales (preferably in access solutions or composite mats).
Willingness to travel to client sites and construction zones.
Region of Operation / Territory assigned : PAN India
Drive revenue growth through strategic sales, marketing, and client-development initiatives focused on ground protection mats. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a technical B2B environment and can blend product knowledge with persuasive outreach.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
Identify and cultivate new business in sectors such as construction, oil & gas, infrastructure, landscaping, events, agriculture, and remote projects.
Manage customer relationships and close rental and / or sales deals.
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, logistics, engineering) to ensure successful delivery and installation.
Marketing & Brand Building
Develop targeted marketing campaigns highlighting the eco-friendly, durable, and cost-effective nature of ground cover mats.
Prepare technical sales collateral, presentations, and case studies emphasizing MACO’s advantages : durability, safety, environmental impact, and full-service support.
Participate in industry exhibitions, webinars, and conferences; explore digital marketing strategies to expand reach.
Product & Market Insights
Stay updated on competitor offerings in composite and ground protection mats.
Gather industry-specific customer feedback and share insights with product development and operations teams.
Strategic Planning & Reporting
Set achievable sales targets aligned with company objectives.
Forecast demand and provide regular sales reports and market analysis.
