Responsibilities :
- Head retail / modern trade / rice sales in Eastern India
- Develop strategy to introduce our brands in new markets
- Develop strategy to increase sales in existing markets
- Be responsible for the p / l of packed rice sales
- Track performance of our brands compared to other brands in the market
- Adapt constantly to the changing requirements of the consumers & the market.
- Communicate with the production teams on requirements of sales teams in different regions
- Be responsible for overall sales operations.

Significant experience in rice / packed product sales in Eastern IndiaNeed enough business acumen to develop strategies for increased salesNeed to have entrepreneurial & risk taking abilityStrong knowledge in costing and P&LStrong managerial & team handling skillsStrong communication & negotiation skillsMust be proficient in Hindi.Skills Required
