Role Overview :
We are seeking a proactive and well-connected Business Development Manager with a passion for luxury, wellness, and innovation. This individual will play a key role in expanding our footprint through high-impact partnerships, targeted campaigns, and client-focused strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Partnerships & Collaborations :
- Work closely with our branding and marketing teams to identify, secure, and manage luxury brand partnerships that align with Skuccii's premium positioning.
- Account Growth & Client Development :
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients and partners, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive repeat business and loyalty.
- Campaign & Proposal Management :
- Conceptualize and prepare business proposals, marketing campaigns, and promotional initiatives that reflect the clinic's luxury identity.
- Market Intelligence & Trend Analysis :
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends in the luxury and aesthetic sectors. Provide actionable insights to inform strategy and product development.
- Networking & Representation :
- Represent Skuccii Supercliniq at high-end trade events, networking forums, and luxury industry conferences to enhance brand visibility and uncover new business opportunities.
- Revenue & Growth Initiatives :
- Launch territory-specific projects and partnership-driven initiatives aimed at driving clinic traffic, brand exposure, and top-line growth.
- Database Expansion & Retention :
- Develop strategies to expand and retain our high-value client base through personalized engagement and CRM initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience :
Minimum 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the luxury or premium consumer segment.B2B2C experience in sectors such as luxury retail, hospitality, wellness, or aesthetics is highly desirable.Solid understanding of brand positioning, premium client servicing, and marketing strategy.Prior exposure to healthcare, dermatology, or aesthetics is an advantage.Strong network within the luxury ecosystem in Mumbai – including influencers, brand managers, event curators, and luxury lifestyle partners.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Self-starter with a results-driven approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, premium environment.What We Offer :
