Application Support Engineer - Tibco Objectstar

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, support, and maintain applications using TIBCO Objectstar.
• Analyze and resolve root causes for application issues and incidents.
• Monitor production systems, ensuring system availability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Respond promptly to open support tickets and ensure adherence to defined SLAs.
• Perform patching and checkouts as per scheduled maintenance or release cycles.
• Prepare, document, and execute test case designs based on requirement specifications.
• Conduct walkthroughs of test cases and ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
• Maintain and enhance job scheduling using Control-M.
• Utilize basic SQL to analyze and validate data for troubleshooting and Skills : Skill : TIBCO Objectstar strong hands-on experience is Skills :
• Basic SQL understanding of queries for troubleshooting and validation.
• Control-M experience in job monitoring and Skills :
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective communication skills for interaction with team members and stakeholders.
• Ownership mindset with a proactive approach to production support and issue resolution.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, service-oriented environment.
