Job Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Application Support Engineer to join our team at the client location in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Kubernetes environments, microservices-based applications, cloud technologies, and monitoring solutions.

You will be responsible for ensuring high availability and optimal performance of applications, while working closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide application support for microservices-based applications in production environments.
• Manage and troubleshoot containerized applications running on Kubernetes clusters.
• Implement and maintain monitoring tools such as Dynatrace and AppDynamics for performance and availability tracking.
• Analyze logs and performance metrics to diagnose and resolve issues proactively.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to ensure reliable delivery of applications.
• Assist in deployment activities and ensure post-deployment stability.
• Maintain clear documentation of support procedures and solutions.
• Work with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and have familiarity with other cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
