What You Will Experience In This Position :

• Understand the challenges faced by prospects, customers, and the industry in relation to electrical CAD driven software applications.
• Address customer issues over the phone, email, chat, and in person.
• Supervise progress on customer cases raised to vendors and 3rd party providers.
• Build and deliver software solution training and professional services (online and in-person) for customer implementations.
• Author blogs, videos, podcasts, and webinars to educate users and provide self-help.
• Suggest improvements to customer design and manufacturing processes in the electrical control systems market.
• Build new solution definitions to meet customer challenges using electrical design and manufacturing applications.
• Drive customer success with excellent customer interactions and experience.
