Job Description :
We are looking for an Application Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be flexible to work in a 24 / 7 shift environment, possess strong communication and troubleshooting skills, and be able to quickly adapt to new tools, technologies, and processes. This role involves handling customer queries, ensuring smooth operations, and providing excellent service delivery. A strong knowledge of SQL databases is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide application support in a 24 / 7 rotating shift schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders to address queries and concerns.
- Troubleshoot and resolve non-technical issues efficiently.
- Learn and adapt quickly to new technologies, processes, and systems.
- Handle customer interactions professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support business operations and maintain service quality.
- Demonstrate adaptability in working with new tools, technologies, and evolving business needs.
