We are looking for a Communications Lead to support recruitment communication initiatives, drive employee engagement, and enhance leadership messaging. This role will be responsible for developing and executing internal communication strategies, increasing intranet adoption, and ensuring that leadership communications resonate across the organization. You will also collaborate with recruitment teams to promote hiring campaigns and employer branding efforts.

Key Responsibilities
Successful candidate will be part of Acuity legal team, based out of Gurgaon.
Mid-Senior level role with responsibility to provide legal and contractual support to business teams globally.
Providing legal support to sales and business development teams, finance team, delivery team and HR team - including providing support with RFP responses, contract drafting, contracts negotiation with clients.
Contract Management including ensuring and keeping up to date repository of all company document
Key Competencies
Internal Communication & Employee Engagement
- Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communication strategy that fosters a strong company culture and aligns with business objectives.
- Manage internal communication channels, with a strong focus on increasing intranet adoption and making it a go-to platform for employees.
- Partner with HR, business leaders, and key stakeholders to communicate policies, programs, and company updates effectively.
- Support business unit and Employee Engagement (EE) teams in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives, town halls, leadership Q&A sessions, and company-wide announcements.
- Continuously assess the effectiveness of internal communication through employee feedback, surveys, and analytics, making improvements as needed.
Executive Communication
Work closely with Head Communications to develop clear, compelling, and strategic messaging on behalf of leaders tailored to various internal and external audiences.Draft and refine executive communications, including emails, speeches, video scripts, and leadership updates.Lead the development of leadership videos, managing everything from scripting and talking points to video production and final release.Create thought leadership content, including articles and op-eds, to strengthen the company's positioning in the industry.Recruitment Communication & Employer Branding
Collaborate with Acuity talent acquisition teams to develop and execute communication strategies for hiring campaigns targeting internal and external stakeholders.Leverage social media and digital platforms to promote employer branding, career opportunities, and employee success stories.Create engaging multimedia content (videos, blogs, infographics) that highlights the company's culture and attracts top talent.Ensure recruitment communication aligns with the company's brand voice and values, reinforcing its reputation as an employer of choice.Content Development & Brand Alignment
Develop high-quality written and visual content that aligns with the company's brand and communication strategy.Lead storytelling initiatives that highlight company achievements, employee experiences, and leadership perspectives.Utilize digital and multimedia tools to enhance the effectiveness and reach of internal communications.Key Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.6-10 years of experience in corporate communications including internal communications, executive communication, and recruitment marketing.Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex messages.Experience managing internal communication platforms, including intranet tools, social media, and digital engagement channels.Strong stakeholder management skills, with proven experience working directly with senior executives.Ability to measure communication impact and adjust strategies accordingly.Experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, and supporting hiring campaigns.Knowledge of crisis communication and handling sensitive corporate messaging is a plus.Skills Required
