Role Overview :

The Performance Marketing Lead will own end-to-end digital marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

This includes managing paid media campaigns, SEO, content-led branding, and lifecycle marketing through CRM.

The role requires analyzing performance data, optimizing campaigns for ROI, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals.

The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and experienced in scaling digital campaigns for high-growth brands.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital strategies across paid media, SEO, content, and CRM to drive measurable engagement and growth.
• Own the digital funnel end-to-endfrom brand awareness to conversion and retention.
• Plan, launch, and optimize acquisition campaigns across Google, Meta, and other channels to drive app installs and active usage.
• Shape and amplify brand presence through content-led narratives aligned with active ageing principles.
• Lead SEO initiatives to improve visibility and organic traffic; integrate best practices into content planning.
• Design and manage lifecycle campaigns via email, SMS, and loyalty programs to nurture and retain users.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and generate actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
• Partner with cross-functional teamsproduct, partnerships, and designto align messaging and campaign goals.
• Own digital marketing budgets and ensure maximum ROI through efficient allocation.
