Algonomy is looking for a Growth Marketer who can build and scale global demand generation programs that convert intent into pipeline. Youll own end-to-end campaign strategy from idea to impact combining creativity, analytics, and execution to drive measurable growth across regions.

What Youll Do :

• Design and run global campaigns across channels ABM, paid, email, and social to generate and accelerate pipeline.
• Collaborate with sales and product marketing to define GTM plays for enterprise and mid-market accounts.
• Lead account-based marketing (ABM) programs with deep personalization and clear ROI.
• Manage and optimize performance marketing across LinkedIn, Google, and other digital platforms.
• Track campaign results, measure ROI, and continuously optimize for lead quality and conversion.
• Work closely with SDRs and AEs to ensure tight alignment between marketing activity and revenue outcomes.
• Partner with design and content teams to deliver messaging thats sharp, relevant, and conversion-focused.
