This position involves leading key functions, including creative teams, production, digital marketing, and user acquisition; as well as managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives. Thriving at Pocket requires a mix of high IQ and EQ, analytical rigour, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to influence C-suite decision-making.

• Own & optimise online and social media marketing across search, display, remarketing, Google Ads, and paid campaigns to maximise impact
• Track, analyze, and refine campaigns using web / app analytics, consumer insights, and performance data to drive continuous improvement
• Leverage deep expertise in Google Analytics and conversion metrics to enhance targeting and ROI
• Apply advanced optimization techniques, event tracking, attribution models, and data funnel strategies to identify and engage high-value user cohorts
• Drive data-backed marketing decisions through A / B testing, quantitative analysis, and customer insights
• Collaborate closely with creative, product, and tech teams to fuel growth and engagement
