Job descriptionSourcing for the assigned mandates in line with the people budget and cost Ensuring timely recruitment of the right quality resources, evaluate a mix of sourcing pools to meet the resourcing needs and HC budgets Ensure adherence to all HR processes both from timelines and candidate experience. Ensure a high-quality experience to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment & selection processes Screen candidate resumes in line with JD and fitment for the organisation Participate in post selection formalities such as reference checks, compensation mapping & offer negotiations Mapping the market for the best quality of talent for current or future roles Provide recruitment analytics and metrics to improve process
