About the Role

We are looking for a Growth & Partnerships Manager to join our team and help us expand our impact. This role goes beyond traditional business development — it’s about building meaningful relationships, identifying opportunities for collaboration, and driving long-term growth.

What You’ll Do

Build and nurture relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Identify new opportunities for growth in key markets.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients.

Develop strategies to strengthen client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.

Qualifications

Proven track record in business development and sales

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to build and maintain client relationships

Experience in market research and analysis

Knowledge of business growth strategies

Excellent presentation and proposal writing skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field

Previous experience in the technology or consulting industry is a plus
