Alongside digital growth, we need a hustler who can take SARAS into the field : forging partnerships with corporates, HR / L&D heads, and training networks to deliver student signups at scale.
What You'll Do
- Corporate Outreach & Deal Closure : Engage with HR and L&D leaders, founders, and senior leadership to present SARAS AI programs, negotiate contracts, and secure workforce enrollments.
- Channel Partner Development : Identify, onboard, and manage partnerships with training providers, influencers, staffing firms, and L&D aggregators, ensuring repeatable and scalable results.
- Ground Activation : Represent SARAS at HR events, corporate seminars, and L&D conclaves to generate leads and build rapport in person.
- Revenue Accountability : Take full ownership of enrollment targets via enterprise and partner channels, ensuring cost-effective customer acquisition.
- Strategic Input & Team Building : Provide feedback to product, curriculum, and pricing strategies, and build / manage a team handling partner sales, corporate sales, and field operations.
Who You Are
8–12 years of experience in enterprise sales, higher-ed partnerships, or B2B growth roles.Strong network among training networks, and corporates in India (global exposure a plus).A closer — proven ability to pitch, negotiate, and deliver volume-based signups.A natural relationship-builder who thrives in field sales, events, and partnership ecosystems.Why Join Us
