Role & responsibilities :
- Driving the strategic initiatives and growth plans for the Healthcare businesses.
- Identifying growth opportunities, managing mergers and acquisitions, and fostering strategic partnerships.
- Work closely with senior leadership to evaluate market trends, assess potential business opportunities, and execute initiatives that align with long-term goals.
- Devise and execute strategic business initiatives in partnership with leadership.
- Market entry strategy, market positioning, competitor analysis etc
- Create internal buy-ins for defined strategy and stakeholder management.
- Incubate & operationalize the opportunity including M&A where necessary.
- On-board new team / transfer ownership to business team
- Develop and work with a high performance team to deliver the key objectives.
- Offer project management and process support to the company, CEO and top teams for topline / bottom-line improvement.
- Offer analytical support to Group company, CEO and top teams for the most important financial and strategic initiatives
- Codify and disseminate best practices from different companies and identify strong performers who can deploy these in various situations.
Preferred candidate profile :
An ideal candidate is a person with a Post Graduate Degree from Premium B-Schools. Additional degrees in Finance or Strategy would be preferred.The candidate must have 10-15 years of experience in Healthcare / Hospital industry with a leading brand or with tier 1 & 2 consulting firms. He / she must have closely worked on growth, investment and transformation strategies within Healthcare Industry.About company :
