Job description12+ years' experience with software development, design, and architecture Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred). 6+ years' experience in solution architecture with emphasis on implementation of SN technical solutions 6+ years' experience in Agile practices, building software in an enterprise environment. Strong expertise in ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and integrations. Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Flow Designer and IntegrationHub. Familiarity with UI design, SQL, HTML, CSS and Service Portal Understanding of XML and structural programming concepts. Knowledge of ITIL processes. Experience in developing ServiceNow reports. Experience in ServiceNow Playbook development. Experience with API development for inbound and outbound data exchange (REST and SOAP). Familiarity with ServiceNow case management system and NowAssist. Solid understanding and hands-on experience in ServiceNow modules such as Change Management, Incident Management, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD.

Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD).
- Lead and contribute to ServiceNow architecture discussions and solution design.
- Develop and maintain complex workflows, scripts, and automation using JavaScript, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
- Create and manage integrations with external systems using REST / SOAP APIs.
- Design user-friendly UI elements using HTML, CSS, and Service Portal.
- Develop ServiceNow Playbooks and implement case management solutions.
- Generate reports and dashboards to support business intelligence needs.
- Ensure alignment with ITIL processes and best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams
