About the Role :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our manpower organization. The BDE will be responsible for acquiring and managing IT & Non-IT clients, building strong client relationships, and driving business growth through recruitment and staffing solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify, target, and acquire new IT & Non-IT clients for staffing and manpower services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR managers, Talent Acquisition Heads, and Business Leaders of client organizations.
  • Understand client requirements and align staffing / recruitment solutions accordingly.
  • Achieve business development targets including revenue, client acquisition, and client retention.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, client visits, and participation in industry events.
  • Prepare business proposals, client presentations, and customized solutions for IT & Non-IT clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms of service, and pricing with prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of manpower.
  • Maintain CRM / database of clients, prospects, and opportunities.
  • Prepare weekly / monthly reports on leads, conversions, and revenue pipeline.
  • Stay updated with market trends, IT industry hiring patterns, and competitors
  • Provide inputs to management for strategic planning and growth.

Education & Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration / HR / Marketing / IT or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience :

  • Minimum 2 to 5 years of proven experience in business development / client acquisition in manpower / recruitment or HR consulting firms.
  • Strong exposure to IT & Non-IT recruitment business is mandatory.
  • Skills & Competencies :

  • Strong knowledge of IT & Non-IT industry hiring trends and talent needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong networking and client relationship management abilities.
  • Target-driven with proven track record in achieving sales / revenue goals.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with recruitment teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google sheets and CRM tools.
