About the Role :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our manpower organization. The BDE will be responsible for acquiring and managing IT & Non-IT clients, building strong client relationships, and driving business growth through recruitment and staffing solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, target, and acquire new IT & Non-IT clients for staffing and manpower services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR managers, Talent Acquisition Heads, and Business Leaders of client organizations.
- Understand client requirements and align staffing / recruitment solutions accordingly.
- Achieve business development targets including revenue, client acquisition, and client retention.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, client visits, and participation in industry events.
- Prepare business proposals, client presentations, and customized solutions for IT & Non-IT clients.
- Negotiate contracts, terms of service, and pricing with prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of manpower.
- Maintain CRM / database of clients, prospects, and opportunities.
- Prepare weekly / monthly reports on leads, conversions, and revenue pipeline.
- Stay updated with market trends, IT industry hiring patterns, and competitors
- Provide inputs to management for strategic planning and growth.
Education & Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Business Administration / HR / Marketing / IT or related field (MBA preferred).Experience :
Minimum 2 to 5 years of proven experience in business development / client acquisition in manpower / recruitment or HR consulting firms.Strong exposure to IT & Non-IT recruitment business is mandatory.Skills & Competencies :
Strong knowledge of IT & Non-IT industry hiring trends and talent needs.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong networking and client relationship management abilities.Target-driven with proven track record in achieving sales / revenue goals.Ability to work independently and collaboratively with recruitment teams.Proficiency in MS Office, Google sheets and CRM tools.Personal Attributes :
