Account Supervisor - Digital

Location : Gurugram

Required Experience : 3-5 Years

Responsibilities :

• Client Relationship Management : Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations.
• Campaign Management : Oversee the planning, execution, and performance of digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and programmatic networks.
• Strategy Development : Work with clients to understand their business objectives and develop tailored digital advertising strategies that align with their goals.
• Project Coordination : Collaborate with internal teams (creative, media buying, analytics) to ensure timely and effective delivery of campaigns.
• Performance Reporting : Analyze campaign performance data, prepare reports, and present insights to clients on a regular basis, recommending optimization strategies where necessary.
• Problem Solving : Proactively identify potential issues and troubleshoot any challenges related to campaign delivery, client satisfaction, or team collaboration.
• Upselling & Cross-selling : Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or recommending new channels / strategies to drive client success and agency growth.
• Budget Management : Monitor campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to agreed spending limits.
• Market Trends & Competitor Analysis : Stay updated on industry trends, competitive analysis, and emerging technologies in digital advertising, sharing insights with clients and internal teams.
