Responsibilities :
- Client Relationship Management : Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations.
- Strategy Development : Work with clients to understand their business objectives and develop tailored digital advertising strategies that align with their goals.
- Project Coordination : Collaborate with internal teams (creative, media buying, analytics) to ensure timely and effective delivery of campaigns.
- Problem Solving : Proactively identify potential issues and troubleshoot any challenges related to campaign delivery, client satisfaction, or team collaboration.
- Budget Management : Monitor campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to agreed spending limits.
- Market Trends & Competitor Analysis : Stay updated on industry trends, competitive analysis, and emerging technologies in digital advertising, sharing insights with clients and internal teams.
Key Qualifications :
Experience : In a client servicing or account management role within a digital advertising agency.Industry Knowledge : Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (paid search, social media advertising, display, video, and programmatic advertising).Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and explain complex information to clients and stakeholdersSkills Required
