Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Servicing Manager in the digital domain. The position is based in Gurugram. The Client Servicing Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, the brands assigned and effectively communicating with clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in Client Services
• Good understanding of social media ecosystem is a must
• Strong Communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field
• Previous experience in the digital agency
