We are seeking a Head of Paid Media Manager to lead our paid media operations in Canada. This executive-level role is designed for an experienced performance marketing leader with the ability to scale multi-channel campaigns, manage high budgets, and drive strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the paid media vision across Google, TikTok, and Meta platforms.
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Paid Media Managers, PPC specialists, and analysts.
Manage multi-million-dollar advertising budgets with a strong ROI focus.
Collaborate with creative, data, and client teams to deliver integrated campaign strategies.
Provide executive-level insights, reporting, and recommendations to leadership.
Stay ahead of industry innovations, automation tools, and platform best practices.
Requirements
10+ years’ experience in Paid Media, PPC, or Performance Marketing.
Proven success in scaling global, high-budget campaigns.
Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and programmatic buying.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management experience.
Excellent analytical, strategic, and communication skills.
Prior agency or multinational client experience is highly valued.
