Paid Media Manager / PPC Strategist
to join our growing team and lead paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
As the pilot of our ads machine, you’ll manage budgets, optimize campaigns, and ensure every click delivers value. You’ll work closely with our analysts and creative team to turn insights into action.
What You’ll Do
Monitor
budget pacing
across multiple accounts (large + small).
Review campaign performance :
CTR, CPC, CPL, conversions .
Adjust
bids, budgets, and targeting
to maximize ROI.
Audit
Google search terms
→ add negatives, identify new keywords.
Monitor anomalies :
cost spikes, ad disapprovals, sudden drop in leads .
Share quick action items with the Copywriter / Creative team (e.g., new creative needed for underperforming ad sets).
Collaborate with performance analysts to refine strategy and improve lead quality.
What We’re Looking For
2–4 years of hands-on experience in
Google Ads & Meta Ads .
Strong analytical skills and experience with budget management.
Track record of delivering results in
lead generation
Comfortable working across
multiple accounts
with different budgets.
Detail-oriented with the ability to spot performance anomalies quickly.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
