Collections Specialist

Responsibilities

Responsible for interfacing with customers to enable payment of invoices; Customer Accounts payable ,

Procurement

Keysight : Accounts Receivable , Treasury , Banks Tax , CCO , Contracts, Legal , Business Finance,Pricing ,CCC and Sales

Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure finance and SOX compliance.

Obtain payment by following established policies, procedures and tactics.

Provides administrative support in the collections process.

Resolves, collects, and manages past due accounts and outstanding invoices.

Monitors processes and the effectiveness of business controls and recommends improvements.

Ensures proper control, recording and classification of transactions.

Uses accounting and financial systems and tools to input data, generate reports, conduct specialized research projects and respond to inquiries.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree with finance / business adminstration / commerce with accounting background or equivalent experience
