Job description

We are seeking a Senior Client Partner, Private Banking, a trusted confidant and strategic partner to one of the most distinguished family offices in India. This role is the linchpin between the family's legacy and its future, serving as a single point of contact across investments, lifestyle, governance, and philanthropy.

Ideal candidate will come from a Tier-1 Institute (IIMs / MDI / SP Jain / NMIMS / Symbiosis etc.) with 8-15 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, family office services, UHNW client advisory, real estate advisory, or bespoke consulting.

As part of a well-structured, centralized Family Office, you will work alongside some of the finest professionals across legal, tax, investments, and compliance, ensuring the family's needs are addressed seamlessly with discretion and foresight. While the core mandate is India-focused, you will also act as a facilitator for multiple offshore matters requiring local oversight.

This is not just a relationship management role-it is an opportunity to shape, safeguard, and elevate the holistic ecosystem of an UHNW family.

Key Responsibilities :

Relationship Stewardship :

  • Serve as the dedicated first point of contact for all day-to-day and strategic requirements of the assigned family branch.
  • Build deep trust by understanding their values, aspirations, and unique preferences, ensuring anticipatory, bespoke service delivery.
  • Conduct periodic reviews, ensuring transparency, accountability, and flawless execution.

Domestic Strategy & Compliance :

  • Orchestrate across real estate, insurance, domestic investments, legal, and government interactions with precision.
  • Partner with in-house verticals (tax, legal, accounts, investments) to deliver integrated and world-class family office solutions.
  • Track documentation and ensure seamless compliance with domestic regulations.
  • Lifestyle, Legacy & Philanthropy :

  • Support family members across education, healthcare, travel, staffing, and personal security.
  • Collaborate with NGOs, advisors, and foundations on philanthropic, CSR, and impact-driven initiatives.
  • Lead special projects-from legacy planning and vendor management to private events-executed with finesse.
  • External Stakeholder Engagement :

  • Represent the family with external partners : wealth managers, banks, lawyers, property consultants, and service providers.
  • Oversee and review sensitive documentation, including legal and notarial processes.
  • Facilitate offshore work requiring coordination or compliance inputs from India.
  • Governance & Administration :

  • Maintain dashboards, trackers, and reports across holdings, compliance, and ongoing projects.
  • Ensure confidential archiving and security of key records in collaboration with systems teams.
  • Proactively identify risks, flag concerns, and orchestrate resolutions with internal teams.
